Ntense Wraps LLC – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Ntense Wraps LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking an appointment or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Authorization
By scheduling a service, you confirm that:
You are the legal owner of the vehicle or have full authorization to approve services.
All information provided (vehicle details, contact information, service requests) is accurate and complete.
2. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows
All services are by appointment only.
We require [insert notice period, e.g., 24 hours] notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of [insert amount or percentage].
Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
3. Service Scope & Pricing Adjustments
We reserve the right to:
Refuse service if a vehicle is unsafe, excessively contaminated, or presents a health or safety risk.
Adjust pricing if unexpected conditions are discovered (including but not limited to excessive pet hair, mold, severe staining, or prior damage).
Any pricing or service changes will be communicated and must be approved before work continues.
4. Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within [insert timeframe, e.g., 24 hours] of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address valid concerns. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Payments & Deposits
Payment is due immediately upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits may be required for high-value services, wraps, or custom projects. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
6. Vehicle Condition, Damage & Liability
While we take great care in every service, Ntense Wraps LLC is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to paint, wraps, interiors, or mechanical components
Damage resulting from previous repairs, aftermarket modifications, or manufacturer defects
Personal items lost, stolen, or damaged while left inside the vehicle
Customers are responsible for removing all valuables prior to service.
7. Mobile Services (If Applicable)
For mobile appointments:
The client must provide safe, legal, and adequate access to the vehicle.
Adequate workspace is required.
Access to water and electricity must be provided if required for the service, unless otherwise stated.
Unsafe or restricted locations may result in rescheduling or cancellation fees.
8. Photos & Marketing Use
With customer consent, we may capture before-and-after photos or videos of the vehicle. These may be used for marketing, social media, advertising, or portfolio purposes. No personal information will be shared.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and take reasonable measures to protect customer information. Personal data will never be sold or shared without consent unless required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
Ntense Wraps LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
